Never stop learning. This is something that we often hear, especially at Buffini & Company seminars. In this clip from the real estate event, the MasterMind Summit, Brian Buffini explains the importance of lifelong learning and finding great mentors.
A commitment to personal development is important to achieving success in business and life. Head knowledge is what helps to drive your business.
3 Tips for Optimizing Your Head Knowledge
1. Be a lifelong learner.
2. Learn from your mistakes.
3. Find mentors.
Brian learned a lot from his first mentors, his parents. From his father, George Buffini, he learned how to provide service that went beyond expectations. His father would always ask, “Can you put your name to that?” meaning would you be proud of the work you did. From his mother, Therese, he learned belief. She would always encourage him and say, “You can do it, Briny.” Hearing encouraging words often enough can help you begin to believe them.
Want to commit to lifelong learning? Take a class or find a seminar to attend (might we suggest one of the fine events we offer at Buffini & Company). Once you register for an event, be sure to mark it in your calendar in Referral Maker® real estate CRM.

The good news is that we can; the heroes of our favorite stories embody these characteristics. To be the hero of your own story, try to hone these traits. Continue reading

Do you live an inspired life? For many of us, we become so caught up in the small activities of our daily lives that we fail to look at the bigger picture and take a moment to become inspired by a beautiful sunset or a good ‘underdog’ story or even having a worthy goal. If you’re unsure whether or not you’re living an inspired life, ask:
• Do you feel stuck?
• Are you unable to handle setbacks that occur?
• Are you overly critical of others or get frustrated easily?
• Do you feel negatively about the future?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you may be in need of a large dose of inspiration. Continue reading
