The fall is the perfect time to connect with your clients. The cooler temperatures and upcoming holidays make people eager to connect with one another. So, why not get face-to-face with the people who drive your business? Here’s how:

The basics: Sometimes it’s best to keep it simple. Your clients want to hear from you, so pick up the phone or send a text or email to check in. Also remember to send your IOVs and eReports on time to remain consistent and continue to build trust.
