Just because it’s the fourth quarter of the year doesn’t mean it’s time to slow your momentum. Now is not the time to hibernate until January. So, whether you’re on target to reach your business goals or you still have a way to go, follow these tips to end your year on a high note.
1. Get out of the office and into your car. It’s difficult to connect with your database when you’re behind a computer screen. Break away from your desk and meet a favorite client for coffee or breakfast or for a jog or round of golf (for those of you in warmer climates).
2. Give what you got, whether you give them advice about the market, answer their homebuying or selling questions, send them the monthly marketing flyers, deliver Pop-Bys or send them a personal note. Giving shows you care and that you’re looking forward to serving them.
3. Organize a reverse Pop-By. Have your best clients come to you! Ask them stop by your home or office on a certain day during a specific time frame to pick up a delicious pie, a holiday wreath or another seasonal gift of your choice.
